Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile E-Commerce Specialist to manage the end-to-end operations of our Amazon stores. You will act as the engine of our business, handling everything from product hunting and sourcing (Alibaba) to listing optimization, PPC management, and creative design. While the primary focus is Amazon, experience with other platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations & Inventory Management
- Manage Seller Central A-Z, ensuring account health remains pristine.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullets, and descriptions.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast stock needs, and manage FBA shipments.
- Handle and resolve case logs regarding suppressed listings, stranded inventory, or policy violations.
2. Sourcing & Product Development
- Conduct in-depth Product Hunting to identify profitable opportunities and niches.
- Communicate with suppliers on Alibaba, negotiate pricing, and manage the ordering process.
- Coordinate logistics and inspections to ensure product quality.
3. Digital Marketing & PPC
- Setup, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) to maintain target ACOS/TACOS.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies on external platforms (Social Media, Google Ads, etc.) to drive external traffic to Amazon.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create detailed weekly/monthly reports on sales, profit margins, and inventory health.
- Analyze data to identify trends and propose actionable strategies for growth.
5. Creative & Design
- Use Graphic Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) to create high-converting listing images, A+ Content (EBC), and ad creatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multiple Amazon stores (Private Label or Wholesale).
- Strong proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and sourcing via Alibaba.
- Experience with Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa).
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing principles beyond Amazon.
- Graphic Design skills: Ability to create professional-grade visual assets.
- Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills (ability to navigate Amazon support successfully).
