Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth through innovative digital strategies. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress and other platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic through SEO tools and strategies.
  • Develop and implement SEO, SEM, and Google Ads campaigns to enhance visibility and sales performance.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness; generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Create compelling content including product descriptions, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts to engage target audiences.
  • Design visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and social media management tools to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve website usability, increase sales conversions, and reduce cart abandonment rates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on marketing automation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL for website enhancements.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar content management systems (CMS).
  • Demonstrated ability in managing Google Ads campaigns (Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design software for content creation.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics effectively.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred for website customization and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in social media management including content scheduling, community engagement, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data insights for strategic decision-making in performance marketing initiatives.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging product descriptions, email campaigns, and promotional content. This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about e-commerce growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
