Our company is Manufacturer of IT hardware & Display products at Bangalore,India. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and expand our presence and sales on major online marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in driving online sales and managing end-to-end e-commerce operations.
Position Summary
You will be responsible for the entire e-commerce business cycle, from new product listing and catalog management to boosting sales and managing stock levels. The primary goal is to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Marketplace Management: Manage end-to-end daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, ensuring smooth order flow, timely dispatches, and good account health.
· Product Listing & Cataloguing: Create, upload, and maintain high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content) that meet platform guidelines.
· Sales & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts. Manage marketplace advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, etc.) to optimize ad spend (ACOS/ROAS) and boost online sales.
· Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate closely with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts.
· Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales trends, conversion rates, traffic, and return rates to identify growth opportunities and underperforming products.
· New Product Vertical: Lead the process of adding new product verticals, including market research, content creation, and launch strategy to drive growth.
· Review Management: Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to maintain a healthy account reputation and high customer satisfaction.
· Compliance & Troubleshooting: Resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, and technical issues related to the e-commerce platforms.
Required Qualifications and Skills
· Experience: A minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving targets.
· Platform Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Seller Hub and Flipkart Seller Hub, including FBA/FBF operations and advertising tools.
· Analytical Skills: Robust analytical mindset with excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
· E-commerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of e-commerce algorithms, SEO best practices for marketplaces, and digital marketing tactics.
· Added Advantage: Sales Experience of IT hardware (computers, peripherals, components, etc.) on e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
