We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven E-Commerce Specialist who can independently manage and scale our online business across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and others. The ideal candidate is a one-man army capable of handling everything—from setting up new product listings to managing ads, promotions, inventory, customer service, and sales growth strategies.
We are a small but fast-growing manufacturing and trading company with strong experience in the offline market. As we expand into the online e-commerce space, we are looking for a highly capable and self-driven individual who can set up, manage, and scale our online sales from scratch.

Key Responsibilities Product Listing & Launch
- Create, optimize, and manage new product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Plan and execute complete product launch strategies to ensure visibility and fast ranking.
- Write compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and upload high-quality product images.
Marketplace Operations
- Handle end-to-end order processing, including inventory updates, pricing, returns management, and fulfillment (FBA, Smart Fulfillment, WFS, etc.).
- Ensure products are always in stock and priced competitively.
- Monitor platform policies and maintain compliance to avoid penalties or listing suppressions.
Advertising & Promotions
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Plan promotional strategies during Sale Events (Big Billion Day, Great Indian Festival, EORS, etc.).
- Track ROAS, ACOS, and campaign performance with an analytical approach.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Evaluate marketplace analytics to monitor product performance, rankings, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and actionable insights for improvement.
- Identify new growth opportunities across categories and marketplaces.
Customer Service & Ratings Management
- Respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and manage returns/replacements.
- Improve product ratings & reviews through proactive customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra seller accounts.
- Strong knowledge of SEO for marketplaces, PPC ads, keyword tools, and product ranking strategies.
- Ability to launch new products from scratch and scale existing ones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be data-driven.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision—self-starter mentality.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Marketplace Panels (Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal), and listing tools.
