e-Commerce Specialist (Amazon & Noon)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reviewing product listings on sites such as E-Commerce Website, Amazon, Noon, Carrefour to ensure they are consistent with company policies
• Creating product descriptions (English & Arabic) and images that will help customers make informed purchase decisions
• Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and promotion of sales events to increase revenue
• Marketing customers about new products or services offered by the company through online platforms
• Creating online marketing campaigns, brochures, leaflets etc. to promote specific products or services to specific customer groups
• Maintaining the company’s online presence by monitoring website analytics and making modifications whenever required
• Managing pricing for products sold online through various channels
• Assisting with inventory operations, shipping and returns
• Communicating with customers via email, phone or social media to address issues or concerns

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in UAE as E-Commerce Coordinator with E-commerce business development & sales in UAE
• Diploma in E-Commerce or Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in E-Commerce Management/Marketing from a Recognized University
• Knowledge of Social Media posting, Keywords for Online Sales, Search Engine Optimization
• Extensive knowledge of E-commerce product flow and web store performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English & Arabic) with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
• Presentation (including verbal, written, online design and interpersonal) skills with data analysis, graphs, market trends, sales reports etc.
• Highly creative with ability to think out of box
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HTML and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Good understanding of programming/usability, web analytics, design and functionality
• Experience in buying, selling and merchandising retail products
• Time management
• Knowledge on Agricultural Equipment/Products or Motor Machines will be an added advantage
• Candidates available on Visit Visa/Cancelled visa preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
