We are seeking a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage our online presence, drive sales, and execute effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will optimize our website, enhance user experience, and implement online advertising campaigns to grow brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and visuals are accurate and appealing.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
- Monitor website analytics, sales trends, and customer behaviour to optimize performance.
- Plan and run paid online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, cart abandonment, and overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
- Report regularly on performance metrics and ROI of online campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of website management platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising.
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graphic design or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms.
