Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement across multiple digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize product listings using content management systems such as WordPress and other e-commerce platforms.
- Implement SEO best practices utilizing SEO tools to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and perform on-page SEO optimization to maximize visibility.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and Google AdWords to monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and refine marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling content for product descriptions, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels to attract and retain customers.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design tools to enhance product presentation.
- Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook Advertising and social media management tools to grow brand awareness.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, performance marketing techniques, and user experience improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on marketing automation initiatives to streamline campaigns and improve customer journeys.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce innovations, and fabric retail market dynamics to stay ahead of competitors.
Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce management within a retail environment or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM strategies, and performance marketing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
- Skilled in content creation including copywriting for product descriptions, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data insights for continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
- Experience with social media management platforms like Facebook Advertising; knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is advantageous.
