We are looking for a highly analytical and hardworking E-Commerce Specialist who is excellent with numbers and has hands-on experience managing e-commerce listings across multiple marketplaces.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, sales reports, pricing, inventory, and performance metrics, and who takes ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations.

You will work closely with the Founder and core team to optimize listings, monitor performance, control costs, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Listing Management

  • Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Walmart, Shopify, or similar platforms
  • Create, optimize, and maintain listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, variations)
  • Ensure listing accuracy (pricing, content, keywords, compliance)
  • Coordinate with design/content team for images and creatives

Performance & Numbers (Core Focus)

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
  • Analyze metrics such as conversion rate, ACOS/TACOS, NCX, returns, and profitability
  • Monitor advertising spend and sales reports
  • Identify underperforming SKUs and suggest corrective actions
  • Prepare simple but clear performance reports for management

Inventory & Operations Support

  • Track inventory levels across marketplaces
  • Coordinate replenishment planning to avoid stock-outs or over-stocking
  • Monitor inbound shipments, FBA/WFS stock status, and reserved inventory
  • Assist with pricing decisions based on costs, competition, and margins

Advertising & Promotions (Support Role)

  • Support execution of marketplace advertising campaigns
  • Track keyword performance and search terms
  • Assist in running deals, coupons, and promotions
  • Coordinate with external agencies/tools if required

Process & Discipline

  • Maintain clean data, reports, and documentation
  • Follow SOPs and improve them over time
  • Take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills (this is non-negotiable)
  • Prior experience managing e-commerce marketplaces
  • Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Understanding of key e-commerce metrics (sales, margins, ads, inventory)
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and hardworking
  • Ability to work in a startup environment with multiple responsibilities

Preferred

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Adtomic, Pacvue, or similar
  • Exposure to multiple marketplaces or regions (UAE, KSA, USA, Canada, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising and keyword optimization
