Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, upload, and update product listings across multiple online platforms (company website, Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
- Write compelling product titles and descriptions while optimising listings for search and conversion.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to execute online campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Analyse website traffic, sales reports, and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews efficiently to maintain a high satisfaction rate.
- Ensure all e-commerce content adheres to company branding and quality standards.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support business growth and new product strategies.
- Assist in digital marketing activities, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail (experience in cleaning equipment or B2B sales is an advantage).
- Proficient in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and Shopify.
- Knowledge of SEO practices, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and copy writing skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
