Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving online sales, enhancing user experience, and optimizing our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and technical skills to elevate our brand’s online presence across various channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize product listings across multiple online platforms using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Implement and monitor SEM campaigns using Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising to attract targeted traffic.
  • Analyze website performance through Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create engaging content for product descriptions, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and banners using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts including social media management tools for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques to maximize ROI on digital advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop automation workflows for email marketing and other digital campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and e-commerce best practices.

Skills

  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content creation strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL are highly desirable for website optimization tasks.
  • Competence in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms for social media marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions and ad copy.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing strategies within the e-commerce landscape.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes related to digital performance metrics. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
