E-Commerce Stock Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular stock counts and cycle checks to verify inventory accuracy.

· Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings to management.

· Audit incoming and outgoing goods against system records.

· Ensure all stock movements are correctly recorded in the inventory system.

· Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to maintain proper stock control.

· Prepare stock audit reports and provide recommendations for improvements.

· Maintain compliance with company policies and audit standards.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a stock auditor, inventory controller, or similar role (e-commerce/warehouse experience preferred).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in using inventory management systems and MS Excel.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication and reporting skills.
