Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Strategy Associate, you’ll join our teams that are driving Shell Design Shop best-in-class online customer and supplier experience. You’ll be responsible for owning and maintaining Shell Design Shop vast e-commerce catalog, executing strategy for product categories, continually improving the customer’s on-site shopping experience and innovating to help supplier partners to manage and grow their business through Shell Design Shop. You will have the chance to work with our Team to develop the Shell Design Shop E Commerce business in achieving Company expectations.

  • Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms using content management systems like WordPress and other tools.
  • Implement SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
  • Develop compelling content, including product descriptions, banners, and promotional materials, utilizing copywriting skills and content creation techniques.
  • Optimize website performance through conversion rate optimization tactics, analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to drive targeted traffic.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts by creating engaging posts, managing social media accounts, and scheduling campaigns with social media management tools.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for online promotions.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to troubleshoot website issues, enhance functionality, and improve user experience.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify trending search terms relevant to our products and industry.
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and streamline campaign workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly; adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives by developing targeted content and outreach strategies tailored for business clients.

Skills

  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques to improve organic traffic.
  • Experience with conversion optimization methods to enhance user engagement and sales conversions.
  • Expertise in social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and other content management systems for website updates.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, and Google AdWords platform for campaign management and analysis.
  • Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with SQL databases is a plus.
  • Strong content creation abilities including copywriting tailored for e-commerce audiences.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot for campaign execution.
  • Understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing strategies, and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
