As we continue to expand our reach and elevate our digital presence, we’re seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to drive our next phase of e-commerce growth.

The Role

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the growth, optimization, and performance of all our digital sales channels.

This role combines strategic oversight with daily operational execution — perfect for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do

E-Commerce Operations

• Oversee daily operations of our Shopify storefront and other online platforms.
• Manage product listings, order flow, inventory coordination, and customer experience across multiple channels.
• Maintain documentation for all domains, security, integrations, and platform capabilities.

Performance Management

• Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
• Turn analytics into actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency and profitability.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and recommend process improvements.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Act as the internal lead for all agency, contractor, and vendor partnerships (Amazon, PPC, SEO, creative, logistics, etc.).
• Align deliverables and campaigns with internal goals and budgets.
• Communicate performance and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the operational “hub,” connecting Marketing, Tech, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Translate business goals into actionable technical and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure seamless alignment between digital strategy and brand objectives.

Marketing & Platform Management

• Oversee campaigns across Amazon, Shopify, Google, Meta, Bing, and other marketplaces.
• Manage integrations with Klaviyo, Triple Whale, ShipStation, and other e-commerce tools.
• Support content, promotions, and digital merchandising strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or multi-channel retail operations.
• Proven success managing Shopify stores, Amazon Seller Central, and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, analytics, UX, and e-commerce optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies.
• Highly organized with project management expertise (Asana, Trello, or similar).

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with Klaviyo, Triple Whale, ShipStation, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Background in apparel, performance footwear, or consumer goods.
• Familiarity with both B2C online sales environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
