Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other channels
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions promptly
- Coordinate with suppliers and shippers for order fulfillment
- Manage product listings, inventory updates, and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor shipping statuses and provide updates to customers
- Support the team with other e-commerce-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce, customer support, or related fields (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic e-commerce platforms
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work the 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift
