Job Title: E-commerce Team Leader
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: INR 3,60,000 – INR 4,20,000 per annum (CTC)

Gulmohar Lane is a premium furniture and home décor brand. We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our e-commerce operations and help grow our online business.

Job Summary:
We are hiring a team leader to manage e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product listings, managing SKUs, basic SEO, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Product Listings & Catalogue Management

· Handle product uploads and updates across online platforms

· Manage SKUs, categories, descriptions, and images

· Coordinate with teams for stock status and timely updates

Online Platform Management

· Oversee daily operations of brand website and marketplaces

· Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements

· Plan offers and promotions with the marketing team

Basic SEO & Optimization

· Work with digital team on improving product reach and search results

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

· 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce roles

· Good understanding of online platforms and backend systems

· Knowledge of product uploads, stock updates, and price management

· Basic SEO and digital understanding preferred

· Strong coordination and communication skills
