We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Team Lead to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon account management, strong leadership and team management skills, and the ability to drive performance and efficiency.
(Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in a night shift. Preference will be given to male candidates for this position due to shift timing requirements.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the e-commerce operations team during night shifts.
- Manage day-to-day Amazon account operations — listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ensure smooth functioning of seller accounts while maintaining account health and compliance.
- Plan and implement strategies to drive sales growth and visibility on Amazon.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure productivity during night operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, catalog, operations, and logistics) for issue resolution.
- Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Maintain strong communication and workflow efficiency across all e-commerce functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Amazon account management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent understanding of Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, and product optimization.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Must be willing to work in a night shift environment.
