E-Commerce Team Leader

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
· Product data management - ensure that all product data is on the Cart website and apps including images, descriptions, product details, and prices.
· Manage the overall critical path to get product information and photographs onto the site on time and ensure all involved teams within the business are aware of deadlines.
· Online Product Management – Ensure that products are merchandise while ensuring that products are simple to find but maximizing sale opportunities.
· Ensure that all the back-end office work has been done to maximize merchandising opportunities such as attribute compilation for onsite filtering purposes.
· Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
· Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
· Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
STOCK:
· Coordinate and communicate with the branch and inventory team on product availability and pricing updates regularly.
ANALYSIS:

· Monitor & measure site performance and recommendations and improve performance.

·Measure online conversion: identify tactics internally and with third parties to improve conversion rates.

· Report on product sales and think of tactics to improve sales. Provide weekly product status reports.

· Identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to improve.

· Monitor competitor and web sales trends to ensure web offers and experiences are in line with customer expectations.

· Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer requirements for all product categories, constantly reviewing category growth opportunities, trends, life-of-A-line KPIs, and size curves.

ONLINE MARKETING:

· Collaborate with the e-commerce team on optimizing the website customer experience/journey, feeding into decisions on content, functionality, and layout across the site (e.g., homepage, navigation, PDP).

. Ecommerce Department follows UAE Government rules and regulations, and SOP’s approvals, while advertising our products on websites, social media platforms, and Android/iOS Apps, and all necessary approvals are taken in advance

Responsibilities​
· Test and ensure that all the allocated merchandise is always live on the site and functional.
· Coordinate between branches for online ordering status and timely deliveries.
· Coordinate with customers on behalf of branches for any concerns related to online delivery.
· Coordinate with 3rd party delivery App. representatives for ordering patterns, sales growth, and promotional participation.
· Coordinate product information from the buying teams for the product catalogs.
· Ensure the correct classifications of products, ensuring all new styles are categorized correctly for the customer.
· Responsible for all product uploads and maintenance of catalog manager including accurate and customer-centric product descriptions and images.
· Ensure product prices are always correct on the live site.
· Provide weekly sales and returns reports to the management.
Any other task to be performed per the direction of the line manager and the senior management

Minimum Educational Criteria and Related Work Experience:
· Graduation in Sales and Marketing with certifications in Ecommerce Management.
· Technical experience with e-commerce platforms, and knowledge of digital marketing channels.
· 5+ years of e-commerce management experience within Hypermarkets/Supermarkets is required.

· Proven record of accomplishment in handling the e-commerce division of Hypermarkets/Supermarkets.

· Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a commercial drive.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills

· Team player and willingness to support the wider team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
