E-Commerce Marketplace Manager

Location: Near Desoprio Park

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to handle end-to-end operations across leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, performance-driven, and capable of independently managing multiple e-commerce portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online sales on Amazon, Flipkart, , Myntra, and other marketplaces
• Complete handling of GEM Portal including onboarding, cataloging, compliance, and operations
• Product listing, optimization, keyword research, and content management
• Manage pricing, deals, offers, and promotional campaigns
• Inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and order management
• Monitor seller dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Handle returns, claims, penalties, and marketplace escalations
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and SOPs

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller
• Proven experience with GEM portal
• Understanding of cataloging, SEO, ads, and marketplace algorithms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Candidat

• Age between 25–40 years
• Experience in FMCG, wellness, personal care, or lifestyle products preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
