E-Commerce & Web Administrator (Shopify & Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a talented and motivated E-Commerce & Web Administrator to manage and optimize the back end of our online store. If you are passionate about e-commerce, technology, and digital creativity, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the back end of our e-commerce website (Shopify).
• Upload and update products, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Ensure smooth website functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with developers when required.
• Design banners, visuals, and promotional materials for the website and social media.
• Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email campaigns, etc.).
• Optimize website SEO, user experience, and performance to increase leads and sales.
• Provide basic technical support and web development assistance.
• Analyze website traffic, sales reports, and campaign performance to suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Shopify (back end management, apps, and customization).
• Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing).
• Proficiency in using design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and e-commerce best practices.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in managing e-commerce websites.
• Background in IT, Web Development, or Digital Marketing.
• Creative mindset with technical knowledge.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
