E-Commerce Webmaster/Admin

We are a thriving B2B and direct-to-consumer women's apparel company located in the heart of the Los Angeles Fashion District. Our mission is to deliver high-quality fashion at exceptional value. We are currently seeking a talented Webmaster to join our team. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize our Shopify websites to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Oversee and manage marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and wholesale platforms like Faire and FashionGO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement tailored web solutions.
• Supervise virtual assistants (VAs) managing tasks like content writing, image sourcing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Regularly update, modify, and enhance website content to align with brand goals.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a bug-free experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design, development, and e-commerce.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect websites and sensitive data.
• Conduct regular audits of all digital platforms to identify and resolve areas needing improvement.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, ensuring alignment with overall digital strategy.

Experience

• Proven experience in a website admin or webmaster role, with a strong foundation in web development principles.
• Expertise in Shopify and familiarity with other content management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-departmental settings.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
