Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and update product information, photos, and prices on online platforms
- Ensure all product details are accurate and updated
- Handle customer inquiries received through online channels
- Coordinate with the store team regarding product availability
- Monitor online orders placed through external marketplaces (if any)
- Track online engagement and prepare simple reports
- Assist with digital promotions, offers, and product visibility
- Suggest improvements to enhance our digital presence
Requirements:
- Basic experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or admin roles
- Familiarity with product uploading and content management
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, especially in remote settings
