E-commerce Website Admin

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Website Admin to manage our online presence and product listings across digital platforms.
This position offers Remote Possible flexibility depending on performance and work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and update product information, photos, and prices on online platforms
• Ensure all product details are accurate and updated
• Handle customer inquiries received through online channels
• Coordinate with the store team regarding product availability
• Monitor online orders placed through external marketplaces (if any)
• Track online engagement and prepare simple reports
• Assist with digital promotions, offers, and product visibility
• Suggest improvements to enhance our digital presence

Requirements:

• Basic experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or admin roles
• Familiarity with product uploading and content management
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, especially in remote settings
• Basic understanding of online marketing is a plus
