Ncart.in is a growing e-commerce platform offering a range of innovative and trending cosmatic products online. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual who can take ownership of the daily operations of our online business, manage customer communication, and coordinate across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMART.
Manage inbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and website leads efficiently.
Handle online orders, inquiries, and follow-ups from Ncart.in and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.).
Update, list, and manage product details, pricing, and inventory on all sales channels.
Maintain website products and content through the admin panel.
Coordinate order dispatches, returns, and payment collections.
Follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp for conversions and feedback.
Prepare basic daily reports on leads, sales, and performance.
Work closely with the management team to improve online visibility and customer experience.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (custom admin panel).
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and IndiaMART is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. (Must)
Knowledge of any local language like Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, etc.).
Positive attitude, good phone etiquette, and a sense of ownership.
