Job Summary
The E-Commerce Website and Data Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of our company’s Shopify and AWS websites. This includes overseeing the CMS, uploading and managing large data sets, and supporting marketing initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing team to execute email marketing campaigns and contribute to all marketing activities.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and intersects with multiple departments, including purchasing, IT and Leadership.

General Duties:

· Manage and maintain the CMS of company Shopify and AWS websites.

· Work with large data sets to support websites and online industry dashboards.

· Perform day-to-day website maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

· Upload, manage, and manipulate large data sets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

· Manage third-party developer relationships and support their work with our websites.

· Manage and grow lead lists for email marketing and annual mailings.

· Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on website performance and user behavior.

· Use basic Photoshop skills for image editing and optimization to update website imagery.

· Ensure website compliance with SEO best practices and implement necessary updates.

· Measure and report on SEO within CMS and Google Search.

· Monitor and respond to daily website-related issues and troubleshoot as needed.

· Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions for overall marketing efforts.

· Maintain domain (DNS, email, troubleshooting).

· Manage projects related to website updates and transitions.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum of two years of CMS and website data management experience.

· E-commerce website maintenance experience, particularly with Shopify and AWS.

· Ability to optimize e-commerce procedures to enhance user experience, website functionality, and conversion rates.

· Experience with managing projects related to website transformations/transitions.

· Experience monitoring marketing product listings and promotions on partner e-commerce platforms.

· Knowledge of SEO and best practices to improve search visibility.

· Ability to generate and provide regular reports on key performance metrics, advertising spend, and revenue/unit growth on e-commerce sites.

· CRM administration and maintenance experience, with ZOHO being a plus.

· Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

· Basic Photoshop skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Office 360, Teams, etc.).

· Expert user of Microsoft Excel to manage large data sets.

· Knowledge of Crystal Reports helpful but not essential.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30a-5p

Salary: Exempt, $63,000-$66,000 annually
