E-commerce Website Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible E-commerce Operations Executive who can manage our online store operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for product management, order processing, delivery coordination, POS software entries, and graphic designing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, POS systems, and graphic design tools.

Key Responsibilities:1. Product & Website Management

• Upload new products to the website with accurate details (title, description, price, images).
• Update existing product information and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure all product listings are well-organized and up to date.

2. Order Management & Delivery Coordination

• Process online orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and handle order tracking.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and order-related customer queries.

3. POS Software Entry

• Enter daily sales, orders, returns, and inventory data into the POS system.
• Maintain accurate sales and stock records.
• Reconcile online orders with POS data.

4. Graphic Designing

• Design and edit product images for the website.
• Create marketing creatives such as banners, social media posts, and promotional ads.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand identity.

5. Reporting & Support

• Prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
• Assist in improving website performance and user experience.
• Support other operational tasks as required

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO and product listing optimization.
• Experience with social media marketing.
