E-Commerce & Wholesale Operations Assistant

TIC TOC LA is seeking a detail-oriented and fashion-savvy E-Commerce & Wholesale Operations Assistant to support our online retail and B2B wholesale platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, product presentation, and fast-paced fashion operations.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings across FashionGo, Faire, Shopify Wholesale, and Shopify Retail
• Optimize listings for SEO: titles, descriptions, tags, collections, metadata
• Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms
• Curate website collections based on trends and customer buying behavior
• Assist with merchandising decisions and new product drops
• Support sales teams with customer inquiries and wholesale account follow-ups
• Help prepare line sheets, catalogs, and platform previews
• Assist with trade shows as needed
• Monitor analytics to identify best-sellers and opportunities for improvement
• Communicate with warehouse/packing team to ensure accurate order flow
• Provide general support across e-commerce operations and sales

Qualifications

• Experience with FashionGo, Faire, or Shopify preferred
• Strong understanding of branding and online merchandising
• Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for customer and sales support
• Interest in women’s fashion and current trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
