We’re looking for a data-driven E-Commerce/Digital Marketer to help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next across digital marketing and e-commerce channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams, and a candidate who can coordinate with brands, partners, organizations, and influencers.

Our story began in 1986 when the company was founded, initially manufacturing only one revolutionary product: a small but mighty laminate edge finisher. Since that time, we have dedicated ourselves to a mission of solving problems and providing solutions for woodworkers, metalworkers, welders, concrete workers, landscapers, electricians, hobbyists, and DIY enthusiasts throughout the country

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage Google Analytics (GA4), including dashboards, reporting, and ongoing performance analysis
  • Track and analyze e-commerce performance, conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer behavior
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, keyword rankings, site health, and content effectiveness
  • Analyze social media performance across platforms (organic and paid), identifying trends and opportunities
  • Build recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses to support marketing decisions and campaign optimization
  • Partner with internal teams to translate insights into recommendations that improve traffic, engagement, and sales
  • Support website optimization efforts, including landing pages, product pages, and user experience improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in digital marketing analytics, e-commerce, or performance marketing
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with SEO tools (Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting across major platforms
  • Comfort working with data, trends, and performance metrics—not just pulling reports, but explaining what they mean
  • Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.); basic SQL or BI tools are a plus
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into practical next steps
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or Magento)
  • Exposure to paid search or paid social analytics
  • Basic understanding of CRO and A/B testing
