• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and instrumentation equipment such as motors, PLCs, drives, sensors, switches, control valves, and other related devices to ensure optimal performance. The candidate possesses experience with Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, Sew drives, Panasonic, ABB, Schneider, and PLCs.
• Calibrate and test instrumentation equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability in measurement and control processes.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and addressed proactively.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working with electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure that equipment installations and repairs meet industry standards and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Respond promptly to electrical and instrumentation emergencies, such as power outages or equipment failures, to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Troubleshoot problems efficiently and implement effective solutions to restore operations quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and inventory levels. Generate reports detailing maintenance tasks, equipment performance, and recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
• Work closely with other members of the maintenance team, as well as production and engineering personnel, to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and implement changes as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Propose and implement improvements, upgrades, or new technologies to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge relevant to your role and contribute to the professional growth of the maintenance team. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards to ensure the company's operations remain in compliance.
• Hand on experience on SAP PM module
• Maintain a customer-centric approach in all activities, striving to meet or exceed internal and external stakeholders' expectations for quality, reliability, and service.
• Knowledge & hand on experience of HT &MV

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
