E-Learning Animation Designer

igyan Pathshala Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative E-Learning Animation Designer to develop high-quality educational and learning animation videos. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and able to convert complex topics into simple, engaging animated content for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Create animated learning videos for science, technology, robotics, STEM, and other subjects taught at Vigyan Pathshala.
• Design 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, character animations, and visual explanations.
• Work closely with the content team to understand concepts and transform them into clear, attractive animated lessons.
• Develop storyboards and visual scripts for each video.
• Edit videos, add voiceovers, sound effects, and background music when required.
• Ensure all animations match the brand style, accuracy, and learning objectives.
• Create short educational reels and social media animations when needed.
• Deliver high-quality animations within given timelines.

Requirements

• Strong skills in animation tools such as After Effects, Blender, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, Vyond, Powtoon, Animaker, or similar.
• Good understanding of motion graphics, character animation, and visual effects.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Ability to convert complicated topics into simple visual explanations.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in creating educational or explainer videos.
• Background in animation, multimedia, design, or related fields.
• Familiarity with STEM, science, or technology topics (preferred but not required).
