E-Learning Developer - Confidential Automotive Company

About the Role

We're looking for a talented bilingual (English & Arabic) E-Learning Developer to join our dynamic regional training team in Dubai, UAE - designing and developing engaging digital learning solutions that support both Sales and Aftersales training programs across the region.

Key Objectives

• Create visually compelling e-learning content, including custom templates, layouts, graphics, and multimedia assets, ensuring each course reflects the brand identity and provides a high quality learner experience.
• Design interactive and engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
• Adapt global digital training content to regional needs while maintaining visual excellence, and design new courses from scratch that resonates with learners.
• Develop visually branded materials for both Virtual Classroom Trainings, (VCTs) and Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTS) that align with learning objectives and brand guidelines.
• Integrate multimedia elements (animations, voiceovers, videos, illustrations) to enhance engagement and storytelling.
• Incorporate gamification and interactive features to motivate learners and increase course effectiveness.
• Test and troubleshoot digital courses to ensure smooth performance across devices and platforms.
• Stay updated on e-learning tools, graphic design trends, and best practices to continuously elevate course quality.

What you Bring

• Proven experience developing e-learning courses with Articulate 360.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-based video tools (e.g. Synthesia) is a plus.
• Understanding of ADDIE or SAM instructional design methodologies.
• Experience working with cloud-based collaboration and LMS platforms.
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry is an advantage.
