Position: E-Learning & Scorm Specialist

Job Summary

The E-Learning/SCORM Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging e-learning courses and ensuring their technical integrity for deployment. This role requires expert proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, a deep understanding of SCORM packaging, and functional knowledge of LMS administration. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver effective training content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
• Create, test, and troubleshoot SCORM packages to ensure LMS compatibility and tracking.
• Upload and update content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate content into effective modules.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users experiencing LMS/module issues.
• Ensure compliance of all e-learning content with organizational standards.

Required Competencies

• Proficiency in creating e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Camtasia, and Rise.
• Experience with managing LMS platforms, including user management and content updates.
• Strong understanding and experience in creating SCORM packages.
• Certifications or training in tools like Articulate Storyline, iSpring, or Camtasia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred qualification Bachelor’s degree
