Key Responsibilities

1.​ Code and develop the core backend system of our email marketing platform.

2.​ Develop new modules for: Campaign management (scheduling, segmentation,

automation)

3.​ Tracking & analytics (open/click/bounce/unsubscribe reports)

4.​ Integrate with third-party SMTP & email APIs.

5.​ Improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up).

6.​ Implement compliance features (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, unsubscribe

handling,suppression lists).

7.​ Optimize platform performance to handle large-scale email sending.

8.​ Collaborate with front-end developers to build intuitive dashboards.

9.​ Write clean, scalable, and testable Python code.

Required Skills & Experience

1.​ Strong knowledge of Python (3.x) and backend frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

2.​ Experience in email delivery systems – SMTP protocols, bulk email

sending, and

deliverability.

3.​ Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL (database design, optimization).

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks.

4.​ Strong understanding of email marketing workflows.

5.​ Experience with email tracking (open/click pixels, bounce handling).

6.​ Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates.

7.​ Minimum 3+ years of Python development experience, with at least 1+ year working on

an email/SaaS product.

8.​ Must have core experience with developing a similar platform earlier

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
