Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Mail & SMS Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute effective email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, email analytics platforms, and other tools; optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging copy, visuals, and calls-to-action tailored for email and SMS formats.
  • Coordinate with social media marketing teams to ensure consistency across channels and maximize reach.
  • Manage the integration of email and SMS campaigns with broader multichannel marketing initiatives such as advertising sales, print advertising, and e-commerce promotions.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies like marketing automation platforms.
  • Maintain compliance with privacy regulations and best practices for digital marketing communications.
  • Support product management teams in developing promotional strategies for new offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on email and SMS campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in HTML coding for email templates; familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and B2B marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with advertising sales strategies across digital channels including Meta Advertising and Google AdWords.
  • Skills in copywriting, content creation, and visual design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
