Job PurposeThe E-Marketer is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate projects and services. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and enhancing customer engagement through various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage and optimize social media accounts and create engaging content tailored to target audiences.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional messages.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals. Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to improve strategies. Manage digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry.
Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and strategies.
Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media management.
Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Creativity, analytical thinking, and ability to work under deadlines.(هاشتاغ)
