• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English-Both written and verbal.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM tools)
• Highly skilled in selling.
• Proven record of customer service and sales.
• ​Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient.
• Ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send professional email outreach and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate warm leads with the sales/operations team
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and customer focus.

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal Karachi

Pay: Rs46,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
