The Role

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our E-Sales Executive Internship Program. This is a 100% chat-based sales role—no voice calls required. As an E-Sales Executive Intern, you'll communicate with international clients through live chat, understand their requirements, promote our services, convert inquiries into confirmed projects, and build strong customer relationships.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students who want to gain practical experience in online sales, business development, customer support, and client communication. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Internship Benefits

Shift & Schedule

• Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift Only)
• Saturday: Alternate working
• Sunday: Off

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries through live chat (no calls)
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Maintain professional and customer-focused communication
• Follow company sales processes and chat guidelines
• Keep customer records and chat history updated
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Good English typing and written communication skills
• Interest in online sales, chat support, or business development
• Ability to work consistently in the night shift
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
