Position: E911 Dispatcher / Jailer
Location: Skiatook, OK
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive + full benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism and compassion
• Quickly gather critical information and assess situations
• Dispatch Police, Fire, and EMS efficiently and accurately
• Provide life-saving instructions, including CPR, until help arrives
• Become certified in OLETS, TCPR, and Jailer operations
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls and actions

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
• Quick thinkers with solid problem-solving abilities
• Multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with technology and willingness to grow as new systems and tools are introduced
• High school diploma (or equivalent); experience is a plus
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays included)
• Must be 18+ with a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
• No felony convictions or disqualifying criminal history
• Ability to pass a drug screen and thorough background check
