EA/Marketing Sales Rep

Position Overview -

We need someone who is willing to run overnight calls to new/potential customers needing assistance due to fire/smoke/water/mold damage. You will be working directly with agents to keep business relationships open and working with fire stations to help build relationships with the firemen and chiefs. We also need someone who will put our customers FIRST and remind them that Paces is a company they can trust without being too overbearing or demanding.

Qualifications -

  • 2-4 years Emergency Assistance experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the restoration industry and/or with agents/fire stations a PLUS
  • Strong communication skills with customers/agents/adjusters as well as management staff
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) a PLUS
  • CRM and Project Management systems a PLUS
  • Estimating experience preferred, but not required (Xactimate and Symbility)
  • TPA experience preferred, but not required (XA, Alacrity, Sedgwick, Accuserve)

Responsibilities -

  • Assist in managing EA department for our Macon office
  • Ensure all pending sale jobs are always moving in a positive direction and that the next department is aware of any/all details about the job/customer
  • Updating EA job board daily/weekly
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency (TPA, municipality, cold calls) and dispatch accordingly
  • Writing EA estimates and obtain approvals through TPA's and insurance companies/adjusters
  • Communicate effectively and accurately to Paces departments about new job opportunities and keep a positive working environment with all Paces employees
  • Communicate effectively and accurately to Paces new/potential customers any aspect of their job no matter how big or small
  • Communicate to management team when jobs are not moving in a positive manner and give suggestions on how to turn things around
  • Develop new business opportunities with agents, local businesses, and property management companies to grow our business
  • Visit fire stations in your downtime to cultivate existing relationships with fire department leadership
  • Being able to work on call at least 3 nights a week

Compensation & Perks -

  • Base salary will be $52,000 annually plus commissions

The shift will be Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm with three on call nights
