Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Early AM Shift Janitor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness of our warehouse facilities. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in the janitorial field.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of warehouse facilities, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine inspections and address issues such as litter and debris.
• Deep cleaning as business needs arise.
• Will work in two facilities in close proximity.
• Mandatory PPE as required.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in janitorial tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary package and benefits ($18.00 - $20.00/hr depending on experience level).

• Schedule - 4:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (M-F) must be able to work OT and weekend as needed by the business.
