Early Childcare Teacher

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. If you have a love for early childhood education and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you. This position is hiring for the hours of 5 am to 12 some days may have to stay to 1 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom

Experience:
- Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience working with children with special needs is a plus
