Job Summary
The Early Childhood Specialist plays a vital role in fostering the growth and development of young children in educational settings. This position involves creating and implementing engaging curricula tailored to the needs of preschool and toddler-aged children. Duties

Experience
- Proven experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings is essential.
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or private school environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with families and colleagues.
- Previous experience in tutoring or providing specialized instruction will be beneficial.
