Early Childhood Associate Teacher - Infants and Preschool

Kids by the Common is a well established program in the Londonderry community! We are hiring for a lead or associate qualified preschool/pre-k teacher. We specialize in infants to kindergarten in a small early learning environment. Our approach is all about a culture of support, appreciation, and professional growth and development for our team. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join us in shaping the next generation of learners.

Responsibilities:

• Build a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
• Familiarity with the New Hampshire Early Learning Standards.
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practice and play-based approach to learning for children ages 3-5.
• Strong classroom management with excellent verbal communication.
• Collaboration and a desire for professional development.
• Positive and creative outlook on early learning.

The successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience working with active preschool and pre-k children in a group care setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be team-oriented.
• A passion for playing, learning, and having fun with children.
• The ability to communicate effectively with parents to create a cohesive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
