Early Childhood Education (ECE) Trainer (Female)

Key Responsibilities

The ECE Trainer will be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training modules and workshops based on the ECE Diploma curriculum.
• Facilitating engaging and interactive learning sessions for aspiring ECE educators.
• Assessing trainees' progress, providing constructive feedback, and evaluating their competency.
• Mentoring trainees and guiding them on best practices in early childhood classrooms.
• Adapting training materials to meet the specific needs of the project and the participants.
• Collaborating with the Skillston team to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the ECE program.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is mandatory. Higher qualifications (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's in Education) are a plus.
• Experience: Proven teaching experience in an early childhood setting (Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Kindergarten).
• Training Acumen: Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or coaching adults, preferably in an educational context.
• Subject Knowledge: In-depth understanding of child development, ECE methodologies (e.g., Play-Based Learning, Montessori), curriculum planning, and classroom management.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 1-year project duration.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
