Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Supervise and engage with children during activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Skills

• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
• Knowledge of childcare practices and child welfare principles is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Familiarity with physical education activities suitable for young children.
• Background in preschool education and early childhood development is preferred.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate various learning styles.
• Work together as a team in the classroom.
