Early Childhood Educator

Key Responsibilities Teaching & Classroom Management

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Encourage learning through play, creativity, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline with a warm and supportive approach.

Child Development & Care

• Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and developmental milestones.
• Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being at all times.

Education

• Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT)or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferred).

Experience

• Prior teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, or early years (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
