Position Overview

We are currently hiring experienced childcare professionals in the Naples, FL area to work with children ages 1–5 years old.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• 45 DCF training hours completed (or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire)
• Ability to communicate and write effectively in English

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• CDA or equivalent
• Florida VPK Certification
• Level II Background Screening Clearance
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Maintain effective classroom management practices
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Communicate regularly with families regarding child progress and well-being
• Stay current with best practices in early childhood education
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom throughout the day
