A 3-month paid training and mentorship program where you will:

Role Progression and Compensation Structure

• 0–3 months | Trainee Educator

Monthly stipend of ₹8,000 + certification upon successful completion + attendance bonus.

• 3–6 months | Assistant Teacher

Monthly salary of ₹10,000, with increased classroom involvement, assisted facilitation, and continued mentoring support.

• 6–12 months | Lead Activity Teacher

Monthly salary of ₹12,000, with responsibility for independently planning and facilitating activities, and deeper engagement with curriculum design.

• Second year onwards | Class Lead

Role transition into classroom leadership, with salary increment based on performance, readiness, and responsibility.

Certification & Additional Bonus

• Certificate of completion after 3 months
• Salary revision after 3 months based on performance
