Early Childhood Lead Toddler Classroom Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated early childhood teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood education principles, as well as the ability to implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children. Child Development Associate certification or higher education (AAS, BA, etc.) in early childhood education required.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes learning through play and exploration.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to support child welfare and development.
• Plan and facilitate activities that promote physical education, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.

Qualifications

• Experience in daycare settings or similar environments is required .
• Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for young learners.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to child welfare and the ability to manage diverse behaviors in a classroom setting.
• Passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
• Child Development Associate or AA/BA in early childhood education is required.
