The Role

As an Early Childhood Substitute Teacher, you’ll step into licensed childcare centers to provide safe, engaging, and nurturing care when regular staff are out. You’ll help maintain classroom routines, support children’s learning through play, and ensure a positive day for everyone involved.

What You’ll Do

Support children ages infant through pre-K in a classroom setting

Follow center routines, schedules, and lesson plans when provided

Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment

Communicate professionally with center staff

Represent Teachers For Tomorrow with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with young children in childcare, preschool, daycare, or a similar setting

Passion for early childhood education

Dependable, reliable, flexible, and adaptable mindset

Ability to pass required background checks

CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
