Early Childhood Teacher

Fluent in English with strong knowledge of phonic sounds, dedicated to supporting young children through child-centred, play-based, and activity-oriented learning. Passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom environment.

Key Skills

• Excellent English communication
• Strong understanding of phonic sounds and early literacy
• Knowledge of Montessori, Multiple-Intelligence, and activity-based teaching
• Creative lesson planning and engaging classroom activities
• Good classroom management and child-handling skills
• Patient, caring, empathetic, and child-friendly
• Strong parent communication & coordination

Responsibilities

• Teach early literacy (phonics), numeracy, and foundational concepts
• Conduct creative, play-based, and experiential learning activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skill development
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly learning environment
• Observe, assess, and record children’s development
• Communicate openly with parents regarding progress and daily updates
• Follow child-centred approaches suited for preschool environments

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in preschool or early learning settings preferred
• NTT / Montessori / Early Childhood Education certification desirable
• Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management abilities
• Patient, empathetic, and passionate about nurturing young learners
