Early Childhood Teacher for 3 year old room

• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Work hours are 8:00-1:00 pm Monday - Friday
• Occasional required trainings on Saturday a couple times per year.
• Preform all duties of a teacher in a classroom of children 3 years old.
• Prepare and implement monthly lesson plans.
• Supervise in classroom, and on the playground.
• Foster cooperative social behavior through games, play, and group projects to assist children in forming satisfying relationships with other children and adults.
• Encourage children in singing, dancing, rhythmic activities, and in the use of our materials, to promote self-expression and appreciation of esthetic experience.
• Must participate in mandatory trainings before being assigned to the program and attend trainings, as scheduled.
• Must comply with YMCA Licensed Child Care and TX DFPS standards.

Must be able to pass a Texas and FBI background check and possess a valid ID

Job Type: Part-time
